General Information

Scheduled Timings

• Class Prep & I To III: 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
• Class IV to XII: 8:00 a.m. to 02:10 p.m.
• For Class Prep., all Saturdays and for classes I to XII, Second & Fourth Saturdays of every month will remain OFF, other than scheduled P.T.M. & Examination days.

Note:

1. Late Comers will not be allowed to enter school premises.
2. School is not responsible for the students after 20 minutes of school closure.

Scheduled Visiting Hours

• School Office (Fee Counter) Timings: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• School Office will remain open during Summer and Winter break except on Sundays and Gazetted Holidays.
• Parents desirous of meeting the Principal should have Prior appointment.
• In any emergency, Parents may meet the concerned teacher between 2.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. in the office only, with the prior permission of the Principal..

TRANSPORT FACILITY AND ITS IMPORTANT RULES TO BE OBSERVED

1. The School has provided the facility of transport to the students. The charges per child vary according to the distance and are to be paid along with the School-Fee for twelve months.
2. For the students using private vans, parents should verify the antecedents of drivers thoroughly, as the school will not be responsible for the same. It is mandatory for parents to submit the photo, ID of driver, driving license, vehicle no. alongwith the address proof in the school. Keep the copy of the same with them as well. Kindly ensure that the vehicle is carrying only the permitted number of students. POLICE VERIFICATION of the driver is a must. This also holds applicable in case of accompanying servants maids.
   We reiterate that the school will not be responsible for the safety of the students travelling by private transport.
3. The transport facility once taken cannot be discontinued during the session by the student.
4. No student will be allowed to use the School bus for one-way only. In any case, bus fare will be levied for both ways.

School Uniform

THE SCHOOL UNIFORM IS A DISCIPLINE IN ITSELF AND MUST BE ADHERED STRICTLY. EVERY STUDENT IS EXPECTED TO BE IN FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM.

• SUMMER UNIFORM: FROM 1^ST APRIL TO 31^ST OCTOBER

  • Boys:
    • Pine Green Trousers
    • Stripped Moss Green half/full sleeves shirt with School monogram,
    • School Belt
    • Black ACTION Velcro Gola Shoes with laces (as prescribed).
    • Stripped Moss Green Socks with pine green strips
    • School ID Card
  • Girls:
    • Class Prep. to V: Pine Green Trousers, Stripped Moss Green half/full sleeves Shirt with School Monogram, School Belt and Black Action Gola Shoes with laces.
    • Class VI to XII: Stripped Moss Green half/full Sleeved Kameez (knee length) with collars, Pine Green Salwar, Pine Green Dupatta with School Monogram.
    • Stripped Moss Green Socks
    • Plain Black U-Shaped single buckled leather shoes of ACTION (as prescribed).
    • Girls with Long Hair: Plain plaits tied neatly with white ribbon or white Hair bands.
    • No fancy clips or Jewellery is allowed.
    • Short Hair: Simple cut only up to neck.

  • Wednesday Uniform (For Boys and Girls):
    • House Track Suit with white ACTION Velcro Gola shoes & White Socks with strips according to colour of the House allotted.
  • Saturday Uniform for Girls (I-V) & Boys (I-XII):
    • White half/full sleeved with school monogram.
    • White trousers with white ACTION Velcro Gola shoes & White socks.
  • Saturday Uniform for Girls (VI-XII):
    • White half/full Sleeved Kameez (knee length) with collars, White Salwar White Dupatta with School Monogram.

• MAIN NOTE:

  • Dupatta is compulsory to be worn by girls from class VI onwards.
  • Only Navy Blue coloured caps/scarfs/mufflers/gloves/leggings can be worn by students during winters.
  • FOR SIKH BOYS: Patka should be only White in Colour
  • Every student should carry a clean white handkerchief.

SCIENCE STUDENTS SHOULD WEAR THE LAB COAT WITH SCHOOL MONOGRAM WHILE DOING EXPERIMENTS IN THE CHEMISTRY LAB.
